- This is Bo Chen, a postdoc at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) advised by Prof. Klara Nahrstedt. I obtained my Ph.D. in computer science at UIUC in 2022. My thesis topic is Learning-based Saliency-aware Compression Framework. Before coming to UIUC, I got my B.E. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).
- My research interest lies in Networking&Systems, Image/Video Processing, and Machine Learning. My goal is to design efficient and scalable multimedia systems.
